The goal of WISE & Healthy Aging’s WISE Connections is to promote the independence, well being, and social connectivity among older adults by providing inclusive services that support social, mental and physical health as well as facilitate everyday tasks, thus enabling members to live quality lives in their homes for as long as possible.
Contributions will help to fulfill this mission in many ways. Your donation may serve to sponsor a low income older adult to become a member. It may help to cover salary for WISE Connections staff. It could go towards a special event or to start up a WISE Connections in a new community. You can specify how you would like your contribution to be used.
