WISE Connections is always looking to help local residents launch "village" services in new communities. We ask that you fill out the following form indicating your interest in WISE Connections for three reasons: It allows WISE Connections to track interest by community to understand where services are needed It allows you to express your interest so that we can keep you abreast of any WISE Connections “village” developments in your area It gives you the opportunity to express interest in taking on a leadership role in initiating a WISE Connections in your neighborhood
