WISE Connections is a program of WISE & Healthy Aging, a multi-service, non-profit social services organization with more than 40 years of experience providing services to older adults, their caregivers, and professionals in the aging field throughout the County of Los Angeles. Services touch the lives of more than 50,000 people annually.

WISE & Healthy Aging enhances the independence, dignity and quality of life of older adults through leadership, advocacy and innovative services.

Living Room Chats
